It’s been a busy first half of 2021 for KSA Architects Ltd and our Care & Extra Care projects.
Handover of Monaveen Court in Westergate, West Sussex. 60-unit extra care scheme delivered by Highwood for Housing & Care 21 in February.
Planning granted in March for our 55-unt extra care scheme in the picturesque town of Gillingham, Dorset. Working in partnership with Magna and Drew Smith Ltd.
In June, our latest Housing with Care scheme for Southampton City Council was released for occupation. This 85-unit exemplar scheme is part of a wider regeneration scheme completed by Drew Smith Ltd.
A great result all round and a prime example of the benefits of collaborative working. Well done to all involved!
